The first thing that comes to my mind when it comes to Lifestyle is positive mental attitude. Without having a positive mental attitude it is like pushing on a gas pedal of a car without putting the gear on drive . It’s like driving with a flat tire. A bad attitude will you take you no where in Life , at least in the long term.
Yet the media , magazines , TV channels show cases to the new generation how celebrities have a bad attitude and supposedly are exempt of society’s norms.
Taking full responsibility of your actions and holding accountable for your own life is essential to mental happiness. You cannot put it on your parents, siblings, circumstances , country etc . The list is countless. Easy being said than done. Verdad ( true) .
This mental programming of attitude does NOT happen automatic. One actually have to mammoth effort to program your mind in thinking that way. All the motivational gurus like Tony Robbins, Dale Carnegie , Brian Tracey would agree with one thing that is being negative is easy. But it is going cost YOU more than you think. That is why being positive and have healthy perspective goes a long way than you might think.
What is in the inside will surely reflect on the OUTSIDE.So try to get the workings on the inside and than you can work on the outside. So many times in life you are so caught upon about the outside you have lost your soul’s compass. You must align yourself with your self’s with your soul’s purpose. God has a purpose for everybody . Find that out , if you want to have a balance, healthy and joyful life.
Your tongue is like the rudder of your ship. Be careful of what you speak . As what it is mentioned in all holy books. Positive affirmations will bring positive results. Negative affirmations would bring negative results . It is that simple.
Along with positive mental attitude , if you make it a habit of helping others in whatever possible way along some time aside for meditation , you would be in good shape. Whether you call a daily prayer , or mediation you must show some gratitude to your current state where you are in and ask /seek for what you want to have in the future.
