  2. Very interesting mixture of tangible and spiritual. Haven’t read it all yet but I’m finding your words on yoga, etc. explaining feelings and knowledge that are contained within me but seldom are well expressed. Apparently I use too much monkey mind, not enough beginner’s mind.
